This would be a good idea indeed, but I think you should not only give the leader a colour but the whole team. That way it attracts more for students but it's also visible who works on Lexicon. It gives some sort of credit for the work they do. As old Lexicon leader on NL I always tried to give the team as much credit as I could. But with their own colour it would be a bigger recognition. So if this will be planned, think about this option as well.
