I think it is good to do this, because not all people does have e-banking, credit cards or paypal and PaySafe is a easy to pay without even touching your bank account for all people who might thinks that online banking is kind of risky.

But I think you must be 18 to buy one but Im not sure, even so, a 18 years old doent have a bankaccount or a credit card but can easily buy a little piece of paper at the store
