Same here! I'd love to have a red frame around my salmon colored gif!

A lot of the time it has to do with a large file size. This isn't a Site Error because if you were to put in a smaller file it would load a lot quicker. Though I do understand your concern as it annoys me as well sometimes there isn't much that can be done I don't think.
