You can count to know if you have passed enough exams or not. Each exam will tell you if you have passed and you need six in total to pass. The reason it's at the end of the week is so everyone moves to the next year at the same time.

This update really isn't necessary if you just keep track of which classes you passed.

This would also help the site grow from the funds gained when purchasing galleons. Even if given low prices, the amount of users that would purchase a bit of galleons here and there would all add up, and the funds could then be used for other additions to the site.

I think that this would actually be helpful. As an AT, I do understand that it is the ATs job to go online and check each day, but for those who's teachers do not assign tabs, they have to go through each individual tab to check each day. This is simple enough, but on a slower computer, it can be time consuming. It can also cause problems when an AT checks, sees no assignments, and is done for that day. If an assignment arrives, they may not check again and would have no idea until they check again. The assignments would get graded much quicker if they would get a notification of some sort as soon as the assignment arrives in one of the admin tabs.

Not only will they not want to wait for the email, but then they cannot use a fake email that they made up.

This has just been fixed and how users must be level 3 or higher to grade (on sites that are at least a year old): http://feedback.worldofpotter.eu/topics/76-dont-let-brand-new-students-grade-homework/

Phoenixes are XXXX rated creatures because very few wizards have ever succeeded in domesticating them, the only two known cases being Albus Dumbledore's pet phoenix Fawkes, and the other being the Moutohora Macaws' mascot, Sparky.

With this being said, selling phoenixes from one of the shops wouldn't make much sense as it's VERY rare for them to be domesticated.

Perhaps instead of having the ability to purchase a phoenix from a store, the status of owning a phoenix could be won in a status competition, similar to owning an invisibility cloak?

I agree with Evelyn. If they are doing their job well, they should have the right to keep it. It would be a little unfair if they could only have their job for a certain amount of time, especially if they got their job after the school year started.

Additionally, that would be a lot of job changes and job openings, and there would be numerous new prefects and assistants to constantly be training so they can learn how to do the job. The first few weeks of the new school year would be chaotic as they are still learning to do their job and they only have their leader/teacher to help them out since they're all new.

If there was something that someone really wanted to do that was against the rules, they could always rp in owls. That way others won't see it so it 1) Won't encourage others to break the rules, 2) Get caught by a prefect and told not to do it, and 3) You can choose who will be participating.

If they were to just "let it play out", then they would be picking and choosing which rules to enforce and which not to, which somewhat defeats the purpose of even having them in the first place.

This is a great idea, although maybe it should be added that you cannot block any staff as they are there to make sure everyone is abiding by the rules. If they block the staff, the staff would be unable to see if they are breaking rules and such.

Perhaps it could simply show that the post was edited, but not show what the previous state had been.
