The guidelines are supposed to mean "Food is served 3 times a day, but you can only eat 1 of those 3 times"

This already exist. Go to Marauders Map and click "users" to the top right.

That's because the homework was more than 7 days old, then it will be graded by an assistant teacher

Your homework still needs to be corrected by 5 people, but your homework will get in front of non-vip homework, when showing users homework to grade.
