Add an edit option before sending messages to people on the website

There needs to be an editing private messages option that asks whether or not you want to send the message to the person you want to send the email too. Every single time. Because I accidentally sent four private messages at a user I was trying to message about rule breaking profiles on the website, hoping that I would send the person I was private messaging just once. Instead he got four of the same message. I wasn’t trying to spam him.
