No message when an owl comes in

During the last few days it happened more then once that it wasn't shown that there were incoming messages in my owlery. Also, it happened that messages sent didn't arrive. This is a problem occuring at WoP de, I don't know if it also happened somewhere else.

Currently, on WoP US it is, not on other sites that I'm on. I don't know about DE.
