hybrid selection options

for the past 2 days I have been trying to select what type of hybrid I am but every time no matter what I do with my laptop it says "error try again later" so I can't select what type of hybrid I am. can this pls be fixed.

Have you talked with the big green about that issue? They are able to escalate the issue to the owner
