If it was implemented similar to the achievements display it might be doable?
Just a drop-down where you could select up to three items to "wear" from your chest that would show up somewhere in the same way as achievements.

Now that I have my bakery and interns I'd love to be able to pay them on WoP. These gift cards would enable me to do so!
