Pet-sitter to keep pets happy
Pets are unhappy in kennels. Should be a pet-sitter to keep them happy.

The function of the kennel is to keep pets fed, not happy. If one wants their pets to be happy, they would need to take care of them themselves, or not buy pets if they don't have the time.
