Have acknowledgement of receipt for staff owls

It could be very useful for Staff member to have an acknowledgement of receipt for their owls, and be sure that people have read it.


It could be an indicator next to the owl and the name with two states : a non read yet and an already read.


Or another things but it could be very useful for staff member to be sure the owl was read.

I think it should be for all or at least AT's also, because they send a lot of text to users of how to grade and stuff like that

Perhaps there could be an option to turn this off as well in the settings?
