To be able to gift VIP to somebody else.
I think there should be an option for people to buy VIP for other people as a gift.
Not everybody might have the financial resources to buy or the need to spend money of their own on VIP, but with this option people could gift it to them by buying it for them.
It should only be a small change/option to the current way of buying VIP and it would make more people happy and it would bring in more money to help develop the site.

Yes, I would love this! It would also be a great solution for people whose paying system isn't working!
It would also be great if it could be transferred from one character to another (probably only once or twice to avoid constantly shifting it around). :")
