An automated announcement in the Great Hall chat for when breakfast/lunch/dinner starts and ends.

Pretty much just that. Some sort of dinner bell to announce the start (and perhaps the end) of the free food and drink available at the Great Hall. It doesn't actually have to make a sound like you've been pinged, but that might be good. Mostly I'm just not good at remembering to eat and drink.
