The reason for the 13 years age limit is not because the site doesn't want people, but because it goes against COPPA.
Sorry sport, being nine means you have to wait a minimum of 4 years before you are allowed to join, as it is for legal reasons. WoX sites could potentially be under lawsuits if they did not abide by these,hich would possibly take away the possibility of WoP forever. Besides, graphic imagery and language are not allowed in chat, as it goes by a 1x rating, which means very little mention of swearing, and other triggering topics are tolerated.
