Unable to make a WoP account

Hi! Sorry to put this here in the EU forums, but I couldn't find a way to get into contact with the US WoP team. I tried making an account yesterday but it wouldn't work. It just said "An error occurred Oh no. Something went wrong, but we have been notified. If you are testing, tell us your eventID:"

I tried to create a user a few more times but it still kept saying that. So I decided to wait until the next day. So I opened my computer today and tried again but the same error still came up.
