I think it will be awesome if, in the two newspapers, you allow journalists to interview players for their ideas for the article

People can always come with their ideas.
The journalists decide what they want to write about and can get inspiration from everywhere. It just has to fit with the universe, so if this is because you have an idea, then send an owl to the Chief Editor of the the newspaper, where you have an idea.
