Great Hall Chat.

It's more than right that chat have rules, but I think there are way too many in the great hall chat.

If you send a link of a topic some people ask you to stop, why?

There's this rule ''if someone asks you to stop something you are doing, even if it's not written in the website rules, you should stop it'' that isn't right, because rules are rules and chat is made of a lot of people and it's not fair to stop something you can do. (excuse my bad English btw)

you can't write caps

you can't say bad words (okay I get it if there's someone who keeps saying them, but it happened that I dropped one and three/four people was pissed at me)

If we limited the rules of the chat it would be more of a free place to write what you're thinking without being scared.

(I am NOT saying that rules shouldn't exist, just that in chat there are too many.)

The rules are in place for a reason - to keep everyone safe and happy. Chat is there for everyone, the rule where if you're asked to stop something you need to respect that is to that we can keep the chats a happy place for everyone to join in. There is a place you can talk freely if you wish and that is in owls - as these are private and cannot be seen by everyone.
