New CtF Time

I'm finding it very difficult to participate in CtF, as I'm seeing an increasing number of people having the same issue. 12 Central is 1 Eastern, and I'm in the middle of a busy work day at that point. Maybe moving it to 5 or 6 Central would be better, seeing as most people I talk to are in the midwest/east coast?

This would be something you'd want to talk to the MoM of your site about, as it's different for each site!
